These can be made numerous different ways, but check out the recipe and you’ll get the gist.
- 1 32 oz Bottle of Miss Mary’s Premium Bloody Mary Mix-Bold & Spicy.
- 2 additional cups of Miss Mary’s Mix Chicken wings, drummies, legs. Any part of a chicken really.
- Cooking spray.
- Large bag for marinating.
Marinate overnight, 5 minutes to prepare, 45 to bake.
OPTIONAL FOR SERVING:
Ranch or Blue Cheese are still great dipping sauces!
INSTRUCTIONS, LET’S DO THIS
Marinate chicken in a gallon sized freezer bag overnight or at least 6 hours with the whole Bloody Mary Mix bottle. Remove chicken and place on a greased up (cooking spray does a great job) cookie sheet. Cook wings at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 160. This is where you can change the recipe. Go ahead and grill or smoke those wings instead! In the meantime, reduce the rest of the Blood Mary Mix by half. To do that, pour the two cups of mix in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat. When wings are done, brush the reduced mix over them. Return to the oven for an extra 5 minutes. Tastes great with a Miss Mary’s Elixir or a pint of beer.
NOT A FAN OF SO MUCH HEAT? IT’S OKAY. THAT MUCH FLAVOR TAKES TIME TO GET USED TO.
No worries! Just substitute the Bold & Spicy for the Original Miss Mary’s Bloody Mary Mix.
Canadian? Use our *NEW Caesar Mix in either the Bold or Original.
